FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

-------------------------------------------

Where, as the title should imply, I attempt to address those questions frequently asked of me - as well as ones I anticipate being asked. ;)

1. Are you Hayden or Natalie (or George)?
NO. Sorry. I do not know them, either. And I do not know how to get in touch with them. They have nothing to do with this site; I doubt they even know it exists.

2. Can I use your galleries' images on another site?
Yes. The only stipulation is the images I've screencapped or scanned personally, which I ask that you ask me permission to use beforehand. Also, regardless of which images you take, I would appreciate a link back to TMoI somewhere on your site.

3. Can I use your images for fan art/wallpaper/icons/etc.?
Yes, absolutely! That's the primary reason I have galleries, after all. No need to ask me permission if you're using images for artwork. I do appreciate everyone who has asked me, though. :)

4. Can I use the fan art or wallpaper on this site in my own artwork?
That's up to the artist whose art you're wanting to use. Almost all of the pieces hosted here have a site or email address for the artist, so please contact the artist before using a piece of theirs. Any pieces of mine, though, are not to be used in another person's work, period.  And always, ALWAYS credit the artist whose work you're using. I definitely frown on using anyone else's artwork in another piece at all and think everyone should absolutely try to create their own original artwork, but if you have the other artist's permission, then that's their prerogative.

5. Can I help out with this site/become a staff member?
At the moment, and for the foreseeable future, I'm not asking for any staff members on this site. I've run it on my own from the beginning, and I'm quite possessive of it - as far as my sites go, this one is definitely my baby. ;) If you want to help out, the best way to do that is to send stuff in - fan art, wallpapers, fan fiction, etc. - that's what the site runs off of. I do also appreciate feedback and would be willing to listen to any suggestions that visitors have for the site. :) I'm always out to make this site better - I hope for it to be the premiere P/A source on the web, and the best way I can do that is to listen to you guys. :)

6. Can you help me build my own site?
As much as I'd love to, I really don't have the time or energy to build someone a site, or do much in the way of helping to get one up either. The best advice I can give is to do a site on something you love - and make it a place you know you would want to visit, if it wasn't yours. If you're having trouble getting started, a number of free webhosts are out there, and many of them have site-building programs as well as tutorials.

7. I run an Obidala/Dormekin/etc. site. Can I still affiliate with you?
As of yet this has only happened once, but I'd still like to address it here. ;) The answer is yes, any and all fandom sites are welcome to be affiliated (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Buffy, I don't care) - my only stipulation is that your site not be anti-anything. I won't disguise the fact that as a ship I consider Obidala an extreme twisting of canon, but I do respect people's right to see things as they choose. My purpose in affiliating with sites is to help those sites whose masters have worked long and hard on them to gain a little more recognition. Now, if you were an Obidala site that were bashing P/A or Anakin, that would be a different tale.

8. Can you email me new P/A pics?
No. I assure you, any and all new P/A pics I find I always put up on the website. I'm not hoarding away anything. ;) Besides, why just email the pics to a few people instead of putting them up on the site, where anyone can look at them if they want? :)
