Episode 3x08: Evil Plans

1) Relax. Padmé is highly stressed, making frenzied preparations for a hosted dinner to help sway a crucial Senate vote. Anakin has been watching this. He comes over and takes her gently by the shoulders, smiling as he tells her she needs to take a breath, that everything will be all right.

2) Your turn. Threepio argues with Anakin and Padmé over who is to blame for the missing cake garnish. Padmé turns to her husband and pleads for him to handle this. You can almost picture, in a more happy universe, a similar situation playing out involving some dispute parenting the twins.

2) Don't you ruin my night! Threepio and Artoo return extremely late from their shopping trip, almost too late to save the cake. Anakin lectures them: if Padmé's dinner is ruined, Padmé's going to be mad at him as well as the droids. Padmé approaches and calms him: the cake is done. She mildly chastises him for being too hard on the droids.
